Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end client relationships for assigned accounts across Global Payments products and services (including TMS, VAPs, and Core).
  • •Provide on-call support (24/7) and coordinate resolution of service incidents, including escalation of technical and regulatory/financial-impact issues.
  • •Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding business needs and product installations to identify service needs and proactively reduce downtime and support costs.
  • •Run client business reviews (North America and International segments), including preparation, reporting, balanced scorecards, surveys, and executive review follow-ups.
  • •Own account financial performance for assigned accounts, including invoice accuracy/dispute resolution, billing validation, forecasting/revenue reporting, contract renewals, and identifying cross-sell opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •Relevant experience or a degree in finance, marketing, business, etc., or a combination of training and experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •Typically 5+ years of relevant experience in University ITS and/or Campus Finance.
  • •Experience in client-facing roles and/or in the higher education industry.
  • •Working knowledge of Student Information Systems (e.g., Ellucian, Banner/Colleague, Peoplesoft, Workday, Anthology) or related campus systems.
