Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Growth and Payments Product Managers to deliver revenue priorities.
  • •Own PLG Expansion strategy and roadmap for self-service upgrades, cross-sells, and seat expansion to maximize LTV within the self-serve base.
  • •Build and optimize Product-Qualified Lead (PQL) funnels, ensuring a frictionless handoff of high-value self-serve accounts to SME and Enterprise sales teams.
  • •Own end-to-end subscriber retention lifecycle, developing product interventions, win-back strategies, and tailored experiences to minimize churn and improve GRR/NRR.
  • •Direct the roadmap for a scalable, compliant global payments platform, including fraud/chargeback prevention and metrics for cart conversion, checkout abandonment, and renewals.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of Product Management experience with at least 3+ years in a product leadership/people management role.
  • •Deep expertise in Product-Led Growth (PLG), including optimizing SaaS funnels, retention loops, and self-serve-to-enterprise pipelines.
  • •Strong domain knowledge in Billing, Payments, and Monetization platforms, including checkout optimization, payment methods, compliance, and fraud prevention.
