Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee vehicle reconditioning activities and monitor/communicate status through the fulfillment process to meet SLA timelines.
  • •Maintain client account agreements, vehicle files, records, and verify required information and data entry are accurate.
  • •Create, maintain, and audit reconditioning fee charges; ensure customers are charged accurately with finance/local management.
  • •Analyze and manage client reports and vehicle throughput using daily report/query capabilities; verify tracking and processing are achieved or exceeded.
  • •Respond to client and corporate inquiries, coordinate with Recon Shop management and posting & procurement, and support problem resolution.
