Job Summary

The Process Engineer will optimize manufacturing processes at NEMC North East Mix Center, driving productivity, cost reduction, and product quality. You’ll lead process improvements, validate equipment and procedures, analyze data with SPC/DOE, and collaborate with R&D, production, QA, and maintenance to support new products and continuous improvement initiatives.

•Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and optimize existing ones to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
•Conduct process analysis, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency and throughput.
•Develop and execute process validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
•Monitor process performance using SPC and other analytical tools, troubleshoot deviations, and implement corrective actions.
•Collaborate with R&D, production, quality assurance, and maintenance to support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 122,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
•3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment (consumer goods or distribution preferred)
•Strong understanding of process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
•Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools
•Experience with SPC and DOE; excellent problem-solving and communication skills
