Banking Center Relationship Banker 2

Provide customer services at a banking center while supporting sales, service, and operations goals. Process customer transactions in line with bank policies and regulations, and run needs-based conversations to recommend financial products, deepen relationships, and generate leads. Use strong communication and active listening to build trust and partner with business segments. Support and coach fellow relationship bankers, including onboarding and helping the team meet performance targets.
