Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble manually using designated tools to ensure correct final product function.
  • •Verify that supplied parts match specified requirements and meet established quality standards.
  • •Inspect work to confirm compliance with ISO 9000 quality norms.
  • •Report failures occurring in the assigned equipment to the production coordinator and/or supervisor.
  • •Comply with Lean tools in the work area and follow EHS responsibilities (training, 5S/MESH, Eaton safety policies).

Key Requirements

  • •8th grade course (Intermedia).
  • •6 months of experience in the manufacturing area.
  • •Ability to manually assemble using designated tools and analysis to ensure correct final product operation.
  • •Knowledge of quality standards and the ability to inspect work to comply with ISO 9000 norms.
  • •Ability to follow Lean tools, and comply with Eaton safety and EHS requirements (5S/MESH).
