Automation Developer: RPA and AI (Cardiff, GB-VGL, GB)

Join the Retail Automation team to design, build, test, and support automation solutions that improve efficiency for customers and colleagues. You’ll work primarily with Blue Prism, collaborating with stakeholders to select the right automation approach, document processes, and support testing, deployment, and controlled releases. Monitor live automations, resolve issues, improve performance, and explore how RPA, APIs, data, and AI can deliver smarter end-to-end outcomes with appropriate human oversight.
