Support presales and proposal development for Industrial IoT (IIoT) and automation projects. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather technical, commercial, and compliance inputs, manage handovers and change requests, and follow up on proposals. Accompany technical evaluations, site surveys, machine connectivity assessments, and solution discussions to gain hands-on experience delivering industrial technology solutions.

•Prepare and maintain standard proposals using approved templates and solution offerings.
•Support client handovers, change requests, and day-to-day customer communications.

•Work cross-functionally with Finance, Projects, and Procurement for invoices, documentation, and customer follow-ups.
•Accompany technical evaluations, site surveys, machine connectivity assessments, and solution discussions with customers.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for continuous customer and cross-team interaction.
