Key Responsibilities

  • •Process global wire payments via banking platforms and the TMS, supporting international transactions, FX settlements, and intercompany funding.
  • •Manage the full lifecycle of company bank accounts (opening, maintenance, closure), including KYC, approvals, and quarterly reporting for internal controls.
  • •Administer the TMS (FIS Integrity), global banking platforms, and internal payment approval system, including user setup, entitlements, and issue resolution.
  • •Support quarter-end cash forecasting using the Direct Method and consolidate forecast data from multiple groups and sources.
  • •Analyze bank fees for discrepancies and cost-reduction opportunities; contribute to initiatives such as expanding TMS capabilities and automating workflows, including ERP/TMS migration.

  • •Deliver accurate treasury operations work under tight deadlines as a detail-oriented self-starter.
  • •Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively across the organization and manage competing priorities.
  • •Proficiency with enterprise systems and advanced Excel, including familiarity with automation and AI tools where appropriate.
