Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the demand planning and supply of Semiconductor IC products to ensure timely delivery and revenue achievement.
  • •Rationalize demand forecasts with Sales and Marketing to determine optimum production plans.
  • •Generate and monitor material requirements, capacity requirements, and build plan schedules while developing a planning strategy for timely product delivery.
  • •Interface and manage outsource manufacturing partners for day-to-day prioritization and execution of production orders.
  • •Interface with engineering and Business Units to secure outsource capacity and manage capacity allocation communication

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in any disciplinary or equivalent
  • •Engineering background is advantage
  • •10-12 years experience in manufacturing, supply chain planning, production planning or related field in the Semiconductor or EE Industry
  • •Experience defining supply chain processes and implementing best practices
  • •Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel) and extensive experience in MRP systems (Oracle advantageous)
