Job Summary

Support the delivery and governance of a global Workday transformation programme that brings Workday HCM to teams worldwide. Coordinate PMO activities such as planning, reporting, meeting management, action tracking, and stakeholder communications. Gather and analyse data to support investment decisions, benefits/risk monitoring, and leadership reporting, while maintaining and improving PMO processes, tools, and portfolio dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

•Support delivery and governance of a global Workday transformation programme to keep projects aligned, on track, and moving forward.
•Coordinate programme activities including planning, reporting, meeting management, action tracking, and stakeholder communications.
•Gather, analyse, and present data and insights to support investment decisions and leadership reporting.
•Monitor programme benefits, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics to drive successful outcomes.
•Maintain and enhance PMO processes, tools, documentation, and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio/dashboard development.

Key Requirements

•Experience supporting complex programmes or transformations within a large, global organisation.
•Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams and functions.
•Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
•Strong analytical capability with confidence working with data, reporting, and financial information.
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
