Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery and governance of a global Workday transformation programme to keep projects aligned, on track, and moving forward.
  • •Coordinate programme activities including planning, reporting, meeting management, action tracking, and stakeholder communications.
  • •Gather, analyse, and present data and insights to support investment decisions and leadership reporting.
  • •Monitor programme benefits, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics to drive successful outcomes.
  • •Maintain and enhance PMO processes, tools, documentation, and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio/dashboard development.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting complex programmes or transformations within a large, global organisation.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams and functions.
  • •Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong analytical capability with confidence working with data, reporting, and financial information.
  • •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
