Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Associate Director to execute entertainment asset class strategies and deliver the portfolio’s vision, objectives, and ambitions.
  • •Lead early design stages (ideation, pre-concept, concept) for new entertainment destinations and ensure alignment with strategic, guest experience, and financial targets.
  • •Develop project documentation for distribution, including RFPs, SOW, programmes, strategy briefs, and project matrices.
  • •Manage consultants and collaborate with IP licensors and other third parties to align insights and recommendations with scope and business expectations.
  • •Conduct benchmarks and research on entertainment asset themes and contribute to initial go-live strategies, including operating models, pricing, sales and marketing, and manpower planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • •7+ years of experience in real estate and entertainment projects.
