Job Summary

Support supplier performance management across facilities management services by monitoring contractual compliance and operational KPIs in a complex, 24/7 environment. Lead supplier monitoring frameworks, analyze performance against KPIs/SLAs, and escalate non-compliance. Develop KPI dashboards and scorecards, validate data in CAFM/CMMS/ERP systems, and prepare performance reports for management and stakeholders. Coordinate with operational teams, procurement, and contractors to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead implementation and ongoing management of supplier performance monitoring frameworks.
•Analyze and present supplier performance against contractual KPIs and SLAs, with insights and recommendations.
•Develop and maintain supplier scorecards, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems.
•Validate and audit performance data captured in CAFM/CMMS/ERP systems for accuracy and integrity.
•Monitor contract compliance/SLAs, escalate non-compliance, and support resolution and performance recovery plans.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5–7 years of experience in contract management, supplier performance monitoring, or facilities management operations.
•Experience in large-scale, complex, operationally intensive environments.
•Proven performance reporting, data analysis, and KPI management experience.
•Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Contract Management, Facilities Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
•Strong knowledge of contract management/procurement processes and KPI monitoring/reporting.
