Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for DX’s Self-Reported Insights portfolio.
  • •Build deep understanding of developer experience leaders, engineering executives, platform teams, and developers participating in surveys and studies.
  • •Create a coherent product experience across Snapshots, PlatformX, Studies, and Benchmarks.
  • •Translate survey methodology, customer feedback, and developer experience research into products that are rigorous, approachable, and actionable.
  • •Improve the end-to-end customer journey from study design and participation through analysis, benchmarking, communication, and follow-through.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience with a track record of independently owning an important product area.
  • •Deep understanding of surveys, self-reported data, feedback systems, or research products.
  • •Strong understanding of developer experience and the challenges faced by developer productivity and platform teams.
  • •Ability to turn nuanced research concepts and messy human feedback into clear, useful product experiences.
