Key Responsibilities

  • •Define/review HVAC discipline scope with the Engineering Coordinator for project development.
  • •Lead technical teams during project execution to produce HVAC engineering deliverables (design bases, operating philosophies, equipment lists, specifications, calculations, datasheets, material requisitions, inspection plans, vendor document lists, bid technical tabulations, and purchase recommendations).
  • •Create flow diagrams and piping/instrumentation diagrams for fire systems, ensuring designs follow applicable codes, client specifications, and engineering best practices.
  • •Perform field visits to collect information required for project development.
  • •Develop engineering documents across project phases (conceptual, basic, detail), support operational risk analysis workshops, and provide timely communication about site hazards and risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • •7 to 10 years of specific experience in engineering development projects in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • •Experience reviewing HH estimates for proposals.
  • •Technical assurance capability for discipline deliverables and overall integrity.
  • •Proactive attitude with teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and results focus.
