Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect repairs and primed panels for proper and complete work per SOP.
  • •Review incomplete or improper repairs with management before proceeding.
  • •Mask/protect adjacent non-refinish panels before final sanding.
  • •Prepare repaired and primed (including blend) panels for final finish using abrasives, power tools, and hand tools as directed in SOP.
  • •Remove all dust and particles from repair/refinish panels before moving vehicles to the next step, following safety procedures and modeling safety behaviors.
