Key Responsibilities

  • •Pilot delivery activities for engineering work to achieve quality, cost, and schedule objectives for assigned projects/products.
  • •Support teams in adopting appropriate methods, practices, and tools to improve delivery performance and process maturity.
  • •Supervise production of technical deliverables and ensure compliance with client needs, requirements, and defined architectural choices.
  • •Identify, analyze, and manage risks and opportunities to enable informed decision-making in complex/uncertain contexts.
  • •Develop team capabilities, foster collaboration, allocate resources based on project needs, and promote continuous improvement via knowledge sharing and retrospectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s-level education (Bac+5) in engineering, computer science, electronics, aeronautics/space, or equivalent.
  • •At least five years of experience in engineering management, technical project leadership, or Software Engineering Management.
  • •Ability to understand development processes and engineering activities to evaluate technical deliverables and ensure alignment with expressed needs.
  • •Experience piloting complex projects, aligning stakeholders with different priorities, and building trust with clients.
