Senior Delivery Management Specialist - North America Channel (second shift)

Own delivery and material planning for a North America customer base in a second-shift role, ensuring on-time shipsets and fulfillment against customer request dates. Assess revenue risks, communicate constraints to Supply Chain leadership and Sales, and drive material allocation decisions. Use analytics to predict delinquent backlog, improve First Scheduled Ship Date (FSSD) performance, and coordinate tradeoffs between ocean and air deliveries while resolving issues for long lead-time or problem products.
