Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Support insurance sales teams of distribution channels in executing distribution strategies to achieve business excellence.
•Leverage internal data and data analytics capabilities to establish reports overseeing sales activities, business performance, market trends, and ensure alignment with strategies and regulatory guidelines.
•Support implementation and monitoring of regulatory issues such as sales eligibility control, licensing matters, and new regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance.
•Collaborate with stakeholders across distribution functions, product, underwriting and operation teams to monitor and optimise sales processes to enhance customer experience.
•Establish trusted relationships with frontline, distribution partners, and business functions within the company.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Management, Business Administration or related disciplines OR other relevant qualifications
•Experience in financial services, particularly insurance or wealth management products
•Result oriented with emphasis on customer and quality
•Experience in sales quality control, operation, governance functions is preferred
•Proficiency in both English and Chinese
