Key Responsibilities

•Handle inbound and outbound calls related to tax-debt cases.
•Collect accurate financial details (income, expenses, debts, assets) and educate clients on IRS relief programs.
•Book consultations with licensed professionals and confirm document readiness; follow up on missed appointments or incomplete documentation.
•Follow approved scripts, privacy protocols, and SOPs; escalate sensitive/complex issues as required.
•Ensure files are complete and ready for handoff; track and request missing documents or payments and meet KPI targets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
•C1, C2 English is required.
•0–2 years of experience in sales, financial services, or a contact center environment.
•Empathetic listening and ability to build rapport quickly.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and familiarity with CRM/call-center platforms.
