Senior Technician - Maintenance

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on elevators, escalators, and other vertical transport systems to ensure safe, reliable operation. Conduct inspections, troubleshoot faults, and perform repairs, replacements, or modifications for major brands including Kone, Schindler, TKE, and Otis. Maintain detailed service records and reports (including photos and signatures), manage third-party inspections, and provide customer updates, including on-call responsiveness and callback preventive work.
