Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage delivery of complex real estate projects to time, cost, and quality targets.
  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface to ensure client objectives are met.
  • •Advise strategically at project conception on approaches to achieve client objectives.
  • •Establish success criteria across time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
  • •Plan and manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues; set up project governance, systems, and performance monitoring including KPIs; manage change control, project finances, and progress reporting.
