Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stock replenishment for main and satellite warehouses using MIN/MAX, MRP, SDV, and transfer vouchers.
  • •Evaluate SRL content to determine replenishment requirements and necessary stock level adjustments.
  • •Prepare PRs, normal POs, and support long-term contract call of orders based on SRL and SDV.
  • •Monitor inventory levels, adjust for discrepancies, optimize stock value and line items, and evaluate non-moving items.
  • •Follow up on outstanding purchasing items with procurement/expediters and support internal/external audits with required documentation and statistical/status reports.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate with 4 years’ experience in a relevant role (material planner / inventory control).
  • •Alternatively, high school & diploma in material management with 3 years’ experience in a relevant role (material planner / inventory control).
  • •Experience using inventory ordering and replenishment procedures and policies to optimize inventory stock.
  • •Ability to prepare PRs/normal POs and support long-term contract call-offs based on SRL and SDV.
  • •Strong organization, reporting, and communication skills to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
