Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with technical delivery SMEs to harvest, standardize, and package technical IP into reusable acceleration toolkits (scripts, automation code, configuration templates, connector modules).
  • •Establish and govern a global IP harvesting mechanism and maintain centralized repositories so internal consultants and partners can access up-to-date acceleration assets.
  • •Serve as a primary liaison to Product Management and Engineering to launch services solution packages and delivery accelerators in lockstep with core product releases.
  • •Partner with early-adopter customer delivery teams to validate initial service patterns and convert learnings into standardized commercial offerings.
  • •Define and track adoption and impact metrics (time-to-value, accelerator adoption rates, attach rates) and use AI to generate code samples, configuration schemas, documentation, and quality verification utilities.

Key Requirements
