Ship end-to-end production features, extend the robot cloud protocol, and improve fleet reliability through observability, structured logging, incident triage, and post-mortems.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end features across the Go backend, TypeScript/React frontend, and Kubernetes deployment without handoffs.
•Extend the robot cloud protocol and operator tooling to support new hardware capabilities and a growing fleet.
•Improve reliability and observability through instrumentation, structured logging, dashboards/traces, incident triage, and post-mortems.
•Build internal and customer-facing platforms that translate raw robot data into interfaces for fleet management, logistics, and service operations.
•Own critical-path performance, reliability, and real-time behavior as the robot fleet scales from hundreds to tens of thousands.

Salary: USD 200,000 - 280,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong architecture and concurrency experience building WebSocket services and API-first systems using OpenAPI/ogen.
•Production TypeScript experience in strict mode on Node.js, plus real React experience using a modern full-stack framework and real-time state management.
•Database experience including schema design, migrations (Goose/Drizzle), connection pooling (pgx), and query performance.
•Kubernetes production experience (deployments, services, secrets, rollout strategy) with AWS fundamentals (ECS, EKS, RDS, S3).
•Experience with AI/LLM application development, or strong willingness to ramp quickly.
