Key Responsibilities

  • •Own international deal economics by building the deal-by-deal economic frame and translating it into commercial recommendations.
  • •Lead regional commercial structuring across capacity, consumption, hybrid AI, and multi-product deal structures, including multi-currency and revenue recognition considerations.
  • •Provide in-region time-zone coverage as an escalation point to drive cross-functional decisions to closure.
  • •Run concession discipline by tracking concessions against margin-dilution thresholds and gating signature readiness.
  • •Coach field teams and engage senior customer stakeholders (CFO, COO, CIO, CPO) with commercial, financial, and pricing depth while adhering to deal playbook standards.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in strategic finance, deal desk, pricing, commercial operations, sales finance, investment banking, or equivalent roles, with a track record structuring complex international deals.
  • •Experience structuring large enterprise commercial deals across multiple international markets, including multi-year capacity, consumption commitments, hybrid structures, multi-currency exposure, and multi-product agreements (comfort with deals > $75M TCV).
  • •High agency to run deals end-to-end with minimal overhead, including across time zones.
  • •Strong financial modeling skills to build economic models, scenario/sensitivity analyses, and concession ledgers tied to economic outcomes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
