Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily operational tasks including quality inspections, guideline/process optimization, queue assignment, and escalations for the evaluation project.
  • •Work closely with stakeholders to track guideline developments and provide feedback on implementation and execution.
  • •Conduct daily audits on internal systems and provide error analysis and feedback to stakeholders (R&D & Product Manager).
  • •Monitor evaluator quality scores, perform root-cause analysis with the management team, and track project output and quality scores.
  • •Localize guidelines, design training schedules, deliver training to new joiners, and help set up product knowledge tests with result analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • •Fluency in Polish (for communication with Polish markets) and fluent English (working language).
  • •Experience in search engines and social media platforms, including Search relevant business experience.
  • •Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • •Experience in analysis and communication with flexibility.
