Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the central technical liaison and primary interface between internal teams (R&D/NPI/Packaging/QA) and the wafer sort CM.
  • •Collaborate with the wafer sort CM on process development and process improvement.
  • •Lead wafer sort process defect related activities with the CM.
  • •Manage other wafer sort CM-related activities.
  • •Work independently with minimal supervision and set appropriate priorities to ensure timely delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor/Master/PhD (or equivalent) in Electrical/Electronic engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years (preferably 8 years) working experience in wafer foundry/wafer sort process-related fields.
  • •In-depth process knowledge of bumping, dicing, backgrind, and tape & reel processes.
  • •Ability to speak fluently in Chinese and English.
  • •Skills in data analysis, programming, and AI are added advantages.
