Job Summary

Lead Amplitude’s technology partnerships in a high-growth, global SaaS environment. Drive revenue through F100-partner collaborations, design and own the partnership program, mentor a small team, and collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Legal, Sales) to execute end-to-end GTM strategies with senior executives.

Key Responsibilities

•Build a Partnership strategy with a focus on big technology (F100) bets, driving revenue outcomes and delivering differentiated value to customers and partners.
•Own all aspects of Amplitude’s technology partnership program including design, 3-year vision, hiring, partner selection, criteria, and ecosystem management.
•Design and continually evolve the direct-report partnership team around Partnership strategy and evolving business rhythms.
•Pursue and construct large partnership initiatives, leveraging an established network of executive-level relationships.
•Identify new partnership initiatives and solutions (e.g., white label products) and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align strategies, resources, and deployments.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of partnership, alliance, or business development experience for medium to large scale organizations, with multi-product offerings (re-seller experience a nice plus).
•Proven track record of growing revenue through partnership leadership at a fast-growth, global B2B SaaS company, including identifying, pursuing and negotiating complex deals.
•Experience leading strategic partnerships, sales, and go-to-market at both large enterprises and startups.
•Strong understanding of the technology partnership landscape, with business and technology savvy.
•Demonstrated leadership delivering results with global, cross-functional teams.
