Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow daily encashments by drivers and couriers and ensure accurate reflection of collected cash.
  • •Verify the conformity of collected amounts with delivered orders and maintain reconciliation records.
  • •Reach out to drivers/couriers for delays or discrepancies in cash remittance and provide follow-up support.
  • •Compute balances for each driver to determine debtor or creditor status and ensure proper cash movements.
  • •Prepare and update driver payout files by consolidating collected, remitted and due amounts and forward to Finance for processing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bac+3/4 in Accounting, Management or equivalent.
  • •Experience in cash tracking, field collection, or operational control is a plus.
  • •Strong Excel skills and reporting tools.
  • •Rigour, organizational skills and strong follow-up ability.
  • •Fluent in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
