Build and grow client relationships by delivering an industry-leading in-person and phone client service experience. Provide consultative financial solutions based on client needs, supporting deposit, credit, convenience, and other product lines. Meet individual and branch service and sales targets through relationship development and prospecting. Handle complex client needs via referrals, support teller duties as needed, and maintain compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
