Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the key Legal point of contact for supported business lines, coordinating with Legal teams and cross-functional groups.
  • •Facilitate product development across the full lifecycle by identifying and mitigating legal risks.
  • •Advise on product compliance with relevant regulations across multiple jurisdictions, partnering with regional Legal/Compliance teams and external counsel when needed.
  • •Draft, amend, and negotiate product-centric terms and commercial contracts, and prepare contract templates to mitigate risk.
  • •Advise on regulatory compliance implementation (including financial instruments and digital assets regulations), support product-related marketing and announcements, and handle client complaints and disputes alongside litigation colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in a law firm, financial services firm, or a fast-paced technology company.
  • •Ability to provide legally grounded, commercially minded product counsel across stakeholders and business units.
  • •Preferred experience advising on digital assets and/or financial products at a fintech or financial institution.
  • •Experience with product counseling across privacy/data protection, intellectual property, or technology transactions/litigation.
  • •Ability to work hands-on and proactively, independently managing complex projects while collaborating cross-functionally with regulatory and compliance stakeholders.
