Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise healthcare executives, including CEOs, executive leadership teams, and boards, on strategic, growth, innovation, and transformation priorities.
  • •Lead enterprise strategy engagements across complex, multi-workstream programs covering enterprise strategy, growth, business model transformation, market positioning, partnerships, service line strategy, and organizational transformation.
  • •Originate and close significant new engagements by building and managing a strong pipeline, leading proposals and negotiations, and expanding relationships across healthcare provider clients.
  • •Develop enduring client relationships with senior decision-makers to generate repeat business, references, and sustained revenue growth.
  • •Ensure engagement excellence by overseeing major engagements and maintaining accountability for client impact, team performance, project economics, delivery quality, and the client experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior management consulting experience is required, including experience advising healthcare provider organizations.
  • •At least 10 years of relevant experience working with healthcare providers on strategic initiatives such as enterprise strategic planning, growth, market strategy, and enterprise transformation.
  • •Deep knowledge of the healthcare provider industry, including experience with hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, physician groups, and ambulatory care organizations.
  • •Proven success developing senior client relationships and originating, expanding, and closing significant consulting engagements with healthcare provider clients.
  • •Demonstrated credibility with healthcare C-suite executives and boards, with the presence, judgment, and interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor.
