Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Cost/Commercial Management commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery.
  • •Participate in meetings and contribute to cost reports, procurement strategies and tender documentation, plus post-contract commercial management.
  • •Engage with clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure delivery within agreed parameters and help prevent disputes.
  • •Provide client-side cost management including stakeholder, risk and contract management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Develop strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members to deliver projects to quality, cost and time targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Infrastructure cost/commercial management experience (Water industry experience desirable)
  • •Knowledge and understanding of NEC suite of contracts, particularly PSC and ECC
  • •Experience of working as part of an integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams
  • •Good communication and organisational skills
  • •Relationship building skills – ability to build strong relationships with clients, teams and stakeholders
