Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Beauty Insider expert and loyalty thought leader for Canada across a matrixed organization.
  • •Own the holistic Beauty Insider programming calendar, including promotions, sampling, and loyalty initiatives.
  • •Lead end-to-end execution of loyalty partnerships and activations from strategy through launch.
  • •Analyze promotional performance to inform business decisions and build learning agendas that optimize programs.
  • •Develop reports and recommendations on monthly, quarterly, and annual cadences, and monitor project milestones with corrective actions as needed.
