Banking Center Relationship Banker 2

Serve Banking Center customers by handling financial transactions accurately, conducting needs-based conversations, and recommending appropriate products to build and deepen relationships. Support sales, retention, and growth initiatives while achieving individual and team sales, service, and operations goals. Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and bank policies, support branch audits, and supervise/coaching fellow relationship bankers including onboarding new team members.
