  • •Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes at leadership level.
  • •Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
  • •Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Change Management, or a related discipline; Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent credentials are viewed favourably.
