Manager, International Accounting

Oversee US GAAP accounting for an international acquisition, including detailed review of accounting entries, US GAAP consolidation, and month-end close with reconciliations. Partner with FP&A, Tax, Consolidations, Global Revenue and Inventory Accounting, local teams, and external advisors to support accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. Own SOX key controls, improve processes and systems (NetSuite), and support due diligence and integration for new market expansions.
