Job Summary

Own the design and rollout of next-generation go-to-market workflows for the North America sales organization, partnering with Technical Services and Pega to reduce administrative burden and accelerate revenue velocity. Drive evaluation, piloting, and scaled deployment of AI-powered sales tooling (e.g., call summaries, follow-up automation, opportunity scoring) to improve selling time and pipeline health. Track KPIs, build dashboards, and iterate with continuous improvement across AEs, SEs, BDRs, and CSMs.

•Map, analyze, and redesign end-to-end sales workflows to reduce friction, support pipeline creation, and improve revenue velocity.
•Partner with Pega Development and Technical Services to configure, build, and deploy workflow automation that reduces administrative burden for AEs, SEs, BDRs, and CSMs.
•Translate business needs into technical requirements and support AI tooling adoption for seller effectiveness, including piloting and scaled deployment of AI-powered sales tools.
•Lead the GTM sales effectiveness roadmap by prioritizing initiatives, defining requirements, managing delivery timelines, and tracking adoption metrics.
•Define KPIs, build dashboards for sales leadership visibility, and continuously improve deployed workflows and tools based on feedback.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, GTM strategy, or a technical sales engineering role at a B2B software/technology company.
•Design and implement workflow automation or sales-process improvement programs.
•Apply AI/ML tools to sales (e.g., conversational intelligence, analytics, or generative AI for content and outreach).
•Strong project management skills driving multiple initiatives with milestones and delivery accountability.
•Comfort with data and reporting using Excel and at least one BI tool (preferably Power BI).
