Job Summary

Marine Business Development Manager to motivate and support regional sales teams in identifying and developing new marine business opportunities across AVEVA’s product portfolio. You’ll provide domain expertise, engage with naval architects and shipyards, drive lead generation, and help convert opportunities into a growing marine pipeline while collaborating with global sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Motivate and support regional sales teams to identify and develop new marine business opportunities within an assigned product portfolio.
•Provide relevant domain knowledge to help the Sales Team identify, qualify, and, where appropriate, close new marine business for AVEVA.
•Interact with marine customers, engineers, sales leadership, account managers, and partners to strengthen opportunities and pipeline.
•Contribute to value propositions by providing benchmarks and benefits estimates and by communicating the competitive advantages of AVEVA’s solutions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, marketing, delivery) to manage long and complex marine sales cycles and drive opportunity conversion.

•Deep domain knowledge of the marine industry and related products, including competition
•Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and customer-facing engagements
•Ability to support value propositions with benchmarks and benefit estimations
•Self-driven, proactive approach to lead generation and pipeline development
