Job Function: Business Development & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end B2B sales from outreach and platform demonstrations through contract negotiation and onboarding.
•Identify, pitch, and onboard institutional clients such as hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, and proprietary trading firms.
•Build retail and HNWI growth by partnering with marketing on acquisition campaigns and VIP referral programs.
•Forge partnerships with banks and payment processors to enable fiat on/off-ramp synergies and expand the ecosystem with regional blockchain projects and influencers.
•Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmap and ensure all activities comply with CBB Crypto-Asset Module and AML/KYC regulations while tracking KPIs in CRM.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of proven success in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships, with 1–2 years specifically in crypto, blockchain, or fintech (preferred).
•Existing warm network of institutional players, family offices, or HNWI clients in Bahrain and the GCC is a major advantage.
•Deep understanding of digital assets, spot/margin trading, OTC desks, and APIs within the broader Web3 ecosystem.
•Familiarity with Bahrain’s financial regulatory landscape (CBB) and the MENA region’s AML/KYC requirements.
•Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and financial concepts to both retail and sophisticated institutional clients.
