Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze product performance and communicate regional market needs for product development aligned to development timelines.
  • •Optimize product assortment across all distribution channels, including stores, kiosks, pop-ups, franchises, wholesalers, and multi-brand retailers.
  • •Evaluate and adapt global assortment to ensure local market needs are included.
  • •Monitor collection performance and ensure objectives are met (e.g., LFL %, adoption rate).
  • •Support sales forecasting for new products and collaborate with merchandising, marketing, retail, and commercial teams on Go-to-Market initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in merchandising, planning, sourcing, or demand planning.
  • •Experience in retail/store environments is a plus.
