Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a member of the CIPT Leadership Team and lead project discipline for the military development program.
  • •Promote technical excellence for the Engine Development Plan, supporting ordering/delivery of hardware and guiding IPTs on delivery issues and non-conformances.
  • •Support RLPM incorporation across teams with responsibility for task execution accountability and staffing strategies.
  • •Guide project teams in Agile Project Management, including development of product owners and scrum masters.
  • •Provide oversight and approvals of standard work, manage outsource SOWs, act as project quorum member for design reviews, and develop/mentor team talent.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 12+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years of experience.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • •Demonstrated leadership skills.
