Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary interface with the EGS Operations team, including the Senior Vehicle Operations Manager and Launch Director.
  • •Act as liaison with NASA’s KIOSC personnel and supporting SIMO elements to prioritize and execute SIMO EGS requirements.
  • •Ensure NASA and SIMO system engineering expertise is available to support EGS operations, including verifying LCAT compliance.
  • •Manage day-to-day operations for a segment of the organization/functional area and assist with program management responsibilities as needed.
  • •Formulate and enforce work standards; manage daily operations, policies, work rules, resource planning, and personnel productivity, performance, and safety.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 91,461 - 155,768

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; equivalent experience can substitute with a high school diploma plus 4+ years relevant experience.
  • •15+ years in large infrastructure and technically complex environments, including flight operations experience in assembly, integration, and testing.
  • •6+ years of relevant experience in a lead or supervisor role (in addition to the minimum experience requirement).
  • •Desired: additional certifications such as PMP, Certified Facility Manager (IFMA), or ICS.
  • •Demonstrate risk and compliance management, leadership, and strong customer-focused communication.
