Key Responsibilities

  • •Own all production outcomes for the Connected Warfare product line, including ramp plans, headcount planning, and standing up new manufacturing lines.
  • •Develop and execute a long-term strategy to rapidly scale production volumes to full-rate production.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams across Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering, maintaining a consistent on-site presence and accountability to timelines.
  • •Drive operational excellence through production lifecycle processes and KPI management for financial, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • •Ensure compliance and quality culture aligned to AS9100D guidelines and oversee implementation of digital manufacturing technologies (PLM, ERP, custom MES and QMS).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 252,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience overseeing production and test of complex electromechanical products.
  • •Experience leading large (100+ person) manufacturing teams and directing cross-functional teams across planning, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, quality, and production.
  • •Strong background in quality assurance, driving a “quality-first” culture and accountability to AS9100D.
  • •Proven ability to operate in both low-rate prototype and high-rate manufacturing environments, scaling production successfully.
  • •Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance and work onsite five days a week at the Asheville, OH campus (Arsenal 1).
