Job Summary

Build, deploy, and run AI-agent workflows that accelerate business domain processes by 10–100x. Partner with domain leadership to map current and future workflows, design human-in-the-loop handoffs, and connect agents to enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, ticketing, SaaS) via APIs and webhooks. Own production performance with evals, KPI tracking, observability, and reliable, safe rollbacks.

Key Responsibilities

•Map business-domain workflows to identify step-change opportunities enabled by AI/ML/automation, and build the business case with quantified impact.
•Design future-state workflows including structured/unstructured data flows, agent vs. human responsibilities, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
•Stand up agents and automation pipelines using approved AI platforms; connect them to enterprise systems via MCP servers, APIs, webhooks, and CLIs within IT/security guardrails.
•Configure prompts, context, and retrieval pipelines for reliable real-work performance; handle integration challenges like auth, schema drift, rate limits, and data quality.
•Run and improve production agents end-to-end by tracking KPIs, building/managing evals, triaging failures, instrumenting observability, and retiring agents when needed.

Salary: USD 105,700 - 132,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Hands-on technical fluency with CLIs, APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python scripting, plus working knowledge of LLM/agent behavior (prompting, context, tool use, RAG, MCP, evals, failure modes).
•Be trustworthy with elevated access using least-privilege, auditability, and safe rollbacks.
•Strong technical and process judgment with outcome- and KPI-driven prioritization; comfortable bridging business and technical discussions.
•Hands-on experience with an enterprise agentic platform (CrewAI, LangChain, AWS Bedrock, Claude, Codex) or building directly against a model API.
•Prior experience delivering measurable outcomes working closely with businesses.
