Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide product engineering services to support day-to-day operations of the assigned facility and oversee the conveyance product line.
  • •Solve systemic issues, identify product improvements, implement corrective actions, and review/dispose discrepant material with compliance review of customer requirements.
  • •Perform engineering review of customer requests, determine failure root causes for returned material, and produce failure analysis reports.
  • •Lead product engineering actions for quality, safety, delivery, performance, and inventory metrics, including drawing error resolution, DMR closure, SRR creation/review, and SMRR processing.
  • •Lead problem-solving activities and projects for design/configuration changes, including qualification test plan development and execution; apply statistical/analytical tools and update engineering documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Aerospace.
  • •Minimum 9 years of hands-on experience.
  • •Proficiency in CAD (CATIA V5 preferred).
  • •Exposure to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and experience with Hose Assembly.
  • •Familiarity with Product Data Management (PDM) systems and continuous improvement tools such as value stream mapping and Kaizen.
