Learning Systems Specialist

Own TransAlta’s learning ecosystem by administering and configuring the LMS (SuccessFactors Learning), managing integrations and data quality, and ensuring compliance. Partner with HR, IT, SMEs, and business leaders to translate performance gaps into measurable learning objectives, then design and deliver scalable digital learning experiences using modern eLearning tools. Establish governance, standardize processes and content lifecycle management, and report on learning effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
