Key Responsibilities

•Conduct structured working sessions with finance function owners to map current-state processes and identify what to eliminate, redesign, or automate.
•Design modular, scalable future-state process architectures built to handle tomorrow’s volume.
•Translate re-engineered process designs into clear requirements that product and engineering teams can build.
•Own the adoption loop after launch by tracking usage, surfacing gaps, and building requirements cases for V2 and V3.
•Work with finance function owners and the CIO organization, defining and tracking module-level metrics that measure outcomes vs. activity.

Key Requirements

•Finance domain fluency across transaction processing, period close, reporting, compliance, business finance, and FP&A to have credible conversations.
•Strong structured thinking to clarify complex, undocumented, relationship-driven processes and move forward with incomplete information.
•Demonstrated drive to finish work end-to-end by tracking adoption, closing loops, and treating go-live as the beginning.
•Ability to translate between finance and technology by communicating finance context to engineers and constraints back to finance stakeholders.
•Comfort with AI-native working to accelerate discovery, synthesize complex inputs, and produce better outputs faster.
