Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated full-stack ownership.
  • •Shipped a production API or application on top of generative models and owned end-to-end output quality.
  • •Meaningful backend or systems depth and ability to work through the user-facing surface.
  • •Built or used evaluations for nondeterministic systems and understands where they can mislead.
  • •Worked closely with researchers to turn product evidence into precise capability requests.
